Expedited rule-making – eliminating obsolete language

Description
A number of rules are amended or repealed to eliminate outdated effective dates. Two rules are repealed because the underlying statutory authority no longer exists. WAC 192-230-030 is repealed because if repeats language contained in statute.

Individuals who object to the use of the expedited rule-making process for these changes must contact the department no later than August 8, 2017.
