On-the-job training (OJT)
On-the-job training is an excellent alternative if you are having a hard time finding qualified applicants.
WorkSource can reduce the cost of hiring and training new employees with on-the-job training by paying a portion of qualified workers’ wages during their training period. All you have to do is agree to retain the worker(s) afterward if they performed their job well, and to teach them the necessary skills to continue to do the job.
