File a No-payroll Report
If you do not have any employees during an entire quarter, you still need to file a tax report for that quarter.File a no-payroll report using UIWebTax or by calling the Employer Help line at 888-836-1900 (TTY 800-833-6388). You'll need your personal identification number (PIN) to file by phone. If you don't know your PIN, check the information packet we sent you when you registered with us or call your district tax office.
You can also file a no payroll report using EAMS or UIFastTax.
Note: If you do not file a tax report each quarter, you will have to pay a penalty.
