Employer Account Management Services (EAMS)

EAMS is an online Internet option for filing quarterly wage reports and paying unemployment-insurance taxes.

Get started in EAMS

  1. Set up an account in SecureAccess Washington and log in.
  2. Set up EAMS as a service in SAW. From the My Secure Services menu, select the Employment Security Department, then select EAMS as a service.
    • For help with EAMS, call 800-565-4660 and select option 5. Technical support is available on this phone number 24/7.
  3. Request access to locked services in EAMS. This enables important basic and advanced features like:
    • saving unfinished work
    • printing reports
    • copying data from one quarter to the next
    • auto-calculating excess wages
    • viewing payment history and canceling pending payments
    • amending reports
    • viewing account activity
    • administering user accounts (if designated as an account administrator)

Important: EAMS times out after 60 minutes whether you have locked services or not. With locked services you can save your work as you go. Without locked services, any work not completed and submitted before 60 minutes will be lost. You can still file reports and pay taxes without locked services.
