Lost data
UIFastTax data is stored on your compter's hard drive. If your data was lost due to problems with your computer and no backup of your data was saved, here are some options:- If you don't need UIFastTax to calculate your excess wages, enter the correct amount for excess wages in line 13 on the Review Tax Summary page. When the Excess Wages Change page opens, click the No Year to Date option box. (ESD does not receive the individual breakdown of each employee's excess wages-just the Total Excess Wage amount for all employees.)
- Contact ESD's Records Disclosure Unit at 360-586-2132 to request copies of your previous quarter's data. This data will be sent to you on hard copy (paper) which can be re-entered into your UIFastTax program.
