Data locked by another user

1. Open the UIFTData folder located at c:\Program Files\WA_UIFastTax.



2. Look for 2 files with the exact same name, except one of the files has a tilde (~) character in front of the title name.



3. Delete the file that is smaller in size. If the file that is kept is the one with the tilde character in the filename, right-click the file, select Rename and remove the tilde from the file name.
