Description: The 2009 legislature (Engrossed Substitute House Bill 1906, chapter 3, laws of 2009) has changed the laws concerning the training benefits program. Some changes are effective April 5, 2009 and others September 7, 2009. The proposed rules will implement these changes. Emergency rules will be filed for those sections effective April 5.
