Prevailing-wage determination
Changes to H-1B and PERM (Permanent Labor Certification) prevailing-wage procedures beginning January 1, 2010Beginning Jan. 1, 2010, the National Prevailing Wage and Helpdesk Center (NPWHC) in Washington D.C., will process all H-1B and PERM prevailing-wage requests. December 31, 2009 will be the last day the Washington State Employment Security Department will accept H-1B and PERM prevailing-wage determinations for state processing.
To request a prevailing-wage determination on or after Jan. 1, 2010:
- Use the Application for Prevailing Wage Determination, Form ETA-9141. You can also get instructions for completing the form.
- Submit to:
